0165(3)(a) The metal pipes/pieces to the play structure are accessible to the children in the outdoor area and pose a risk for the sharp edges. 0165(3)(d) The storage where the sleeping mats are stored in the two preschool rooms pose an entrapment issue. The mechansim was not secured in both classrooms. 0165(3)(f) The play structure in the outdoor area is placed on its side in a corner of the outdoor area but it poses a risk of falling on top of children. -The rubber mats that are stacked in the same area also pose a risk of falling. - The play kitchen, play refrigerator, and the dresser in the larger preschool room pose a risk of falling on top of a child. 0165(3)(g) The trim on the doors in the outdoor area have flaky paint.
